NESYA never takes a percentage of your fan payments. You pay clear platform fees for your page, hosting, builder tools, media management, QR code, and continued support.
Creators can bring the audience they already built into a branded page with protected memberships, private chat, Live Cam, media tools, QR sharing, discovery, connected socials, podcasts, and a creator-branded app experience. Members do not need a Creator account: anyone can join to follow, subscribe, connect, verify identity, listen, watch, and use platform benefits. NESYA does not take a percentage of creator fan payments.

NESYA is designed to encourage restoration, confidence, healthy boundaries, and respectful connection.
NESYA has zero tolerance for content that depicts, promotes, requests, arranges, or facilitates illegal activity. Exploitation, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual material, illegal sexual services, and any content involving minors are prohibited. Content may be hidden and accounts suspended immediately while a safety review is completed. We preserve and report information when legally required or necessary to protect someone from harm.
We love AI and believe it is a powerful addition to humanity. We use technology to support creators—not to study or reproduce them. NESYA does not use AI behavioral analytics to profile creators or extract their ideas, style, identity, or creative essence. Human creativity, creative ownership, paid opportunities, lasting careers, and creators’ futures remain at the center.
Creators retain ownership of the original photos, videos, music, writing, artwork, and other eligible digital assets they upload. Posting content on NESYA does not give anyone permission to copy, download, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, use for AI training, or share that content on another platform. Only the copyright owner—or someone the owner has expressly authorized—may grant sharing or licensing permission, subject to applicable law.
Eligible original content may receive a NESYA Creator Ownership Seal. Its platform record can document the verified creator account, digital asset, upload date, ownership declaration, and selected sharing permissions. This record may help a creator prepare platform reports, DMCA notices, copyright registrations, or legal claims when content is used without authorization.
The seal documents a creator’s ownership claim and platform history. It is not a government copyright registration or a guarantee concerning ownership or the outcome of a legal dispute.
Fan payments go directly to each creator through their approved payment method. NESYA charges verification/profile activation and hosting fees instead of taking a percentage of creator earnings.
Fan Premium Membership: A fan pays the price selected by one creator to unlock protected content, public creator chat, creator chat participation, and private DMs on that creator’s profile only.
Creator Hosting — Creators only: Free Members and Identity Verified Members do not pay Creator Hosting. Identity Verified Members have a separate Member membership price. During the founding launch, a creator pays USD $3.99 for verification review and profile activation; the standard activation price after the offer is USD $14.99, subject to successful human identity and age review. For a limited time, the first 30 days of Starter Hosting are free after approval, the current activation payment, and first publication. Continued Starter Hosting is $49 per 30 days and includes up to 25 GB of stored creator media and 250 GB of premium-media delivery per billing month. Creators can connect an existing public podcast to their NESYA profile. Supported podcast players can play directly on the creator page, while a supported public RSS feed can mirror recent episodes automatically.
Followers can receive new-episode notifications unless they mute that creator. Podcast linking is included with Creator Hosting; there is no separate podcast-link fee.
The original podcast remains hosted by its existing podcast service unless the creator separately uploads media to NESYA.
Creator Hosting is paid only by Creator accounts. Free Members and Identity Verified Members do not pay these hosting prices.
Podcast integration is included with every Creator Hosting tier: link an existing show, embed supported players, and mirror supported public RSS episodes on the creator profile.
Live Cam is included with every active paid Creator Hosting profile: creators can use their profile as a live talk show, live video podcast, Q&A, performance, modeling stream, or other creator-led broadcast without a separate NESYA Live Cam feature fee.
Storage is how much creator media you keep on NESYA. Media Delivery is how much photo and video data your fans load. Uploading a 100 MB video uses about 100 MB of storage; if 1,000 fans load the full video, about 100 GB of media is delivered.
Live capacity matters too. Live Cam uses real-time network capacity, and larger concurrent audiences can materially increase live delivery needs. Hosted-media delivery limits and live audience capacity are separate operational measurements; creators with unusually large live audiences may need High-Volume or custom capacity. Audience performance is never treated as the same thing as bandwidth consumption.

NESYA is a completely independent company and platform. It is not owned by, operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or a division of OnlyFans, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or another social network. Those names are referenced only to explain familiar categories of features.
NESYA combines creator-platform benefits people already understand—creator pages, protected premium content, subscriptions, tips, and Live Cam—with social-platform benefits such as profiles, Following, Followers, Fam, Poke, messaging, creator discovery, public updates, verification, notifications, podcasts, QR sharing, and app experiences. The product, technology, policies, identity system, creator tools, social features, and monetization model are our own.
Public-safe by default. The homepage, discovery experience, ordinary public profiles, public posts, thumbnails, previews, and connected social previews stay public-safe. SUBSCRIBERS and FAN CLUB libraries use private access controls instead of a separate public content product.
Verified identity is one of our specialties. ForeverVerified connects a real human identity to an approved account through private human review. A ForeverVerified badge means the identity-review process was successfully completed; it is not a badge someone can simply buy, and payment never guarantees approval.
Creator Original adds a second trust layer. Eligible content marked Creator Original is connected to the verified creator account and its NESYA upload/provenance record. A credible report of impersonation, stolen content, a material identity mismatch, or a false originality claim can cause the content or account to be flagged for human review and appropriate action rather than silently inheriting the trust of a verified profile.
ForeverVerified establishes the platform's identity-review status. Creator Original documents a creator ownership claim and platform history. Neither replaces copyright registration, guarantees that every ownership claim can never be disputed, or guarantees another person's conduct.
The one-time ForeverVerified option is separate from the recurring Verified Member plan. The existing recurring Member plan and its ongoing benefits remain unchanged. ForeverVerified pays for the full human identity-review path and, after approval, keeps the account's ForeverVerified identity status while the account remains eligible and in good standing.
The founding price is limited to the first 100 approved identities. Paid or checkout-pending reviews may temporarily reserve intake capacity, but rejected or expired reviews free that capacity and do not consume an approved founding spot. Payment alone never guarantees approval. Reverification may be required after a material identity change, account-security concern, or integrity review.

No behavioral advertising profiles and no sale of personal data. If advertising is introduced, the product direction is user-selected interests rather than silently categorizing people by private behavior.

Anti Social WhoNet? is the private meetup-safety layer that brings WHO?, WhoNet?, MeetSafe, identity protections, optional records, and the WhoNet Timer together without turning a meetup into a public social post. WHO? is the free phone/person research side. WhoNet? is the free website, public-IP, DNS/network, and supported device-ID intelligence side. Inside the WhoNet safety offering, Meetup Tools are included at no additional charge for active Identity Verified Members paying the monthly Member plan. Without that active verified monthly membership, a user can buy one limited Meetup Tools use for $0.99.
The No Catfish Policy applies to Creator accounts. A Creator may use a stage or professional name after private identity verification, but may not substitute another person, use an unrelated likeness, use a deepfake or face replacement, or materially misrepresent the person a Member will actually meet.
This is deliberately a high threshold—not a beauty rating and not a minor-change complaint system. Normal aging, hairstyle or color, makeup or no makeup, lighting, camera differences, styling, disability, medical changes, and ordinary or modest body changes are not catfishing. A Creator is also protected when older or materially different images are clearly put in context—for example, “this photo is from last year” or “my appearance has changed since this picture.”
A material mismatch can qualify when the current in-person presentation is VERY and obviously different from the overall profile representation and that difference was not reasonably disclosed. Examples can include an entirely different person, deceptive substitution, manipulated identity imagery, or a major undisclosed change in body size or overall appearance that makes the profile materially misleading. There is no automatic numerical weight threshold; the issue is substantial, undisclosed false representation, not ordinary human variation.
For a Creator appearance complaint to enter the protected No Catfish review path, the Creator must have scheduled the Member through Anti Social WhoNet? MeetSafe, the Member must have accepted the reservation, and both the Creator and Member must separately confirm that the meetup actually occurred. Off-platform meetings do not generate a MeetSafe creator rating or a verified No Catfish meetup claim. Serious safety or illegal-conduct reports can still be sent separately to the platform.
A “materially different” report requires substantial private evidence before the Creator is publicly affected. The Member must explain the substantial difference, confirm it is not a minor appearance complaint, consider any date/appearance disclosure the Creator provided, and privately submit lawful non-intimate comparison evidence showing the profile representation and what was observed in person. Written allegations and evidence are never posted as public reviews.
No automatic flagging or punishment. A materially-different report enters owner human review. The Creator can respond. NESYA can require first-party Live Cam reverification when identity or current likeness remains uncertain. If the report is substantiated, the Creator receives a seven-day opportunity to correct materially misleading profile presentation. Ordinary variation is not punished, and a complaint by itself never creates a suspension.
Creator profiles show only aggregate MeetSafe feedback: confirmed-meetup Likes for accurate representation and Dislikes only after a material-mismatch report survives human review. Private meeting details, written feedback, evidence, locations, and Member identity are not published.
No Catfish / MeetSafe review is an identity and representation integrity process, not an insurance policy or guarantee of another person’s conduct. False, retaliatory, manipulated, or malicious evidence may result in account action. Safety and identity concerns may also be emailed to catfish@nesyamaisonry.com.
