We want NESYA to stay cheap enough for independent creators and members to actually use. We do not want development, hosting, storage, security, live video, email, and ongoing repairs to force prices upward. Voluntary gifts help support ongoing development and keep the platform moving without making every user carry the full cost.
10% of what we make, we give back.
NESYA commits 10% of net qualifying platform proceeds from payments made directly to NESYA through the Nesya Fund. The amount is calculated after applicable payment-processing or network fees, refunds and chargebacks, taxes, and reasonable platform operating costs—not as 10% of each customer payment.
Creator-owned subscription and tip revenue is excluded from that calculation. Those payments belong to the creator.
The Nesya Fund is our own direct-assistance program, not a random outside fund. It is designed to help women, children and foster youth, and transgender people dealing with abuse, assault, trafficking or exploitation, homelessness, unsafe housing, or related instability.
Practical help may include temporary safe housing, food and basic needs, transportation or relocation, therapy or counseling support, replacement essentials, communication access, foster-youth transition needs, work or education stability, and referrals or case-navigation support when appropriate and resources are available.
Why Nesya? Nesya means “Miracle of God.” The Nesya Fund is the Miracle Fund from God — where lives are made new and transformed forever.

The give-back is handled separately by NESYA. The website does not automatically split, divert, or reallocate customer payments to the Nesya Fund.

Your gift supports the continued development, hosting, security, infrastructure, testing, and operation of NESYA. Platform support is kept separate from personal or family fundraising. Monthly support is $25 every 30 days through Stripe until canceled.

A normal gift does not buy private access, a meeting, or a service. The separate Forever Partner VIP remains its own limited offer with its own stated terms.
Low prices still have real costs
Keeping creator and member prices low does not make website hosting, file storage, video, email delivery, payment processing, security work, testing, and development time free. Gifts help cover those real costs so we can keep the platform as affordable as possible.

Forever Partner Special Access
This limited, personal, non-transferable offer includes permanent Forever Partner profile recognition and lifetime ForeverVerified profile status while the program and platform operate, subject to successful review and continued eligibility.
Forever Partners also receive early access to eligible new features, private pilots, previews, testing opportunities, and feedback invitations. The separate Founding ForeverVerified identity option is $99 one time for the first 100 approved founding identities and $299 one time afterward. The existing recurring Verified Member plan remains separate and unchanged.
Important limits: lifetime recognition does not guarantee a posting schedule, personal meetings, custom work, downloads, live-camera access, or access to any particular creator. Fair-use and bandwidth rules prohibit scraping, bulk downloading, credential sharing, resale, or account transfer. Reverification and continued rule compliance may be required.
Once 100 confirmed passes are claimed, enrollment closes. Payment alone does not bypass identity review or safety rules.
Built through hands-on development, testing, and continuous improvement
NESYA is an independently developed platform. The pilot combines software development, web infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, digital product design, creator tools, marketing systems, and ongoing real-world testing.
Support helps fund the practical work required to keep improving reliability, privacy, creator ownership, safety features, WHO?, WhoNet?, Live Cam, messaging, media, and the rest of the platform.
AI should increase human ability—not erase the person behind the work
AI can be extraordinarily useful for research, accessibility, editing, coding, organization, restoration, brainstorming, and other forms of assistance. At the same time, creator platforms should protect the identity, authorship, work, and economic value of real people.
NESYA is designed as a real-person social and creator platform. Human beings—not synthetic personas—remain the account holders, creators, performers, authors, and communities at the center of the service.
We fully support AI as a tool—not as a replacement for the creator
NESYA supports artificial intelligence, responsible automation, accessibility tools, editing assistance, brainstorming, research support, translation, restoration, coding assistance, and other uses that help a real person create. AI can increase human ability. It should not erase the human being behind the work.
Real people profiles only: creator profiles must represent real human beings who complete the applicable identity and age-verification process. AI characters, synthetic creator personas, virtual influencers presented as account holders, and fully artificial creator profiles are not allowed.
Human-led, AI-assisted work is welcome: the creator contributes the original concept, direction, judgment, lived experience, performance, authorship, substantial editing, or artistic decisions and remains responsible for the finished work.
Fully AI-created creator content is not allowed: this includes entering only a prompt or short instruction and publishing the system’s complete image, video, audio, writing, likeness, performance, character, or other output as creator content. Typing a prompt alone is not human authorship. AI may assist a real person’s work, but it may not replace the real creator.
Deepfakes, face swaps, synthetic intimate material, fabricated performances, deceptive impersonation, and AI pornography are prohibited. AI assistance must never be used to copy another person’s identity, distinctive work, voice, likeness, or private ideas without lawful permission.
This is a platform authorship and labeling standard, not a universal statement about copyright law. Creators remain responsible for lawful use, consent, accuracy, permissions, and honest disclosure.
NESYA is built as independent creator infrastructure
The platform is designed around recognizable creator pages, clearer ownership, protected community tools, greater control over presentation, and a zero-percentage platform model for creator-to-fan payments.
Creators supply the creativity, personality, labor, risk, and human connection that give a creator platform its value. NESYA therefore uses clear platform fees for hosting, verification, infrastructure, and tools rather than taking a percentage of fan payments.
The long-term goal is to give creators a strong independent place to build lasting careers and communities without making their identity, audience, or income dependent on one closed platform model.
Forever Verified Supporter
Every confirmed contributor receives a digital Forever Verified Supporter badge connected to the payment receipt. Monthly supporters keep active status for 30 days after each confirmed monthly contribution. The badge recognizes support; it is not identity verification and does not unlock private creator content.
Personal details stay personal
The support page is about the platform and its mission, not publishing private personal information. NESYA does not require a platform account for support.
Support never buys access to a person
A gift does not buy any person’s time, attention, friendship, meetings, favors, or private access. Any optional community interaction is separate from payment and is never guaranteed.
Clear and transparent support
All contributions processed here are voluntary, generally non-refundable support for NESYA platform development and operation, subject to applicable law and the payment processor’s rules. A contribution is not submitted in exchange for service delivery. Submitting the form confirms agreement to the community terms and the boundaries stated on this page.
NESYA does not represent that contributions are tax-deductible charitable donations. Payment is processed securely by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s checkout and refund rules.
Clear billing before you pay.
NESYA uses Stripe for checkout. One-time purchases are labeled one-time. Recurring subscriptions show the price and billing interval before payment and continue according to the Stripe checkout terms until canceled.
One verified creator identity. Honest current representation.
The No Catfish Policy applies to Creator accounts. A Creator may use a stage or professional name after private identity verification, but may not substitute another person, use an unrelated likeness, use a deepfake or face replacement, or materially misrepresent the person a Member will actually meet.
This is deliberately a high threshold—not a beauty rating and not a minor-change complaint system. Normal aging, hairstyle or color, makeup or no makeup, lighting, camera differences, styling, disability, medical changes, and ordinary or modest body changes are not catfishing. A Creator is also protected when older or materially different images are clearly put in context—for example, “this photo is from last year” or “my appearance has changed since this picture.”
A material mismatch can qualify when the current in-person presentation is VERY and obviously different from the overall profile representation and that difference was not reasonably disclosed. Examples can include an entirely different person, deceptive substitution, manipulated identity imagery, or a major undisclosed change in body size or overall appearance that makes the profile materially misleading. There is no automatic numerical weight threshold; the issue is substantial, undisclosed false representation, not ordinary human variation.
Anti Social WhoNet? MeetSafe creates the verified meetup record
For a Creator appearance complaint to enter the protected No Catfish review path, the Creator must have scheduled the Member through Anti Social WhoNet? MeetSafe, the Member must have accepted the reservation, and both the Creator and Member must separately confirm that the meetup actually occurred. Off-platform meetings do not generate a MeetSafe creator rating or a verified No Catfish meetup claim. Serious safety or illegal-conduct reports can still be sent separately to the platform.
A “materially different” report requires substantial private evidence before the Creator is publicly affected. The Member must explain the substantial difference, confirm it is not a minor appearance complaint, consider any date/appearance disclosure the Creator provided, and privately submit lawful non-intimate comparison evidence showing the profile representation and what was observed in person. Written allegations and evidence are never posted as public reviews.
No automatic flagging or punishment. A materially-different report enters owner human review. The Creator can respond. NESYA can require first-party Live Cam reverification when identity or current likeness remains uncertain. If the report is substantiated, the Creator receives a seven-day opportunity to correct materially misleading profile presentation. Ordinary variation is not punished, and a complaint by itself never creates a suspension.
Creator profiles show only aggregate MeetSafe feedback: confirmed-meetup Likes for accurate representation and Dislikes only after a material-mismatch report survives human review. Private meeting details, written feedback, evidence, locations, and Member identity are not published.
No Catfish / MeetSafe review is an identity and representation integrity process, not an insurance policy or guarantee of another person’s conduct. False, retaliatory, manipulated, or malicious evidence may result in account action. Safety and identity concerns may also be emailed to catfish@nesyamaisonry.com.
