NESYA is funded by clear platform fees—not advertising surveillance or the sale of personal data.
What we do not do
No advertising trackers or advertising pixels. No cross-site behavioral profiling. No sale of personal data. No AI extraction of a creator’s ideas, style, identity, or creative essence. No use of private messages for advertising profiles.
What the service needs
We process account emails, authentication records, memberships, payment and order status, creator verification evidence, uploaded content, private messages, security records, and support communications when those functions are used.
Public-safe access
The homepage, discovery experience, ordinary public profiles, and PUBLIC creator content do not use a global age gate. Private SUBSCRIBERS and FAN CLUB libraries use authenticated access controls; age or identity verification is enforced at the account or feature level when a specific safety feature requires it.
Service providers
Cloud hosting, email delivery, Stripe payment, Didit identity verification, Live Cam, API-connected accounts, and other outside providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. NESYA privacy practices apply exclusively to systems, data, communications, and infrastructure we control. We cannot guarantee how another company handles, stores, transmits, protects, or processes information.
Verification documents
Members: standard Identity Verified Member verification uses Didit to verify a supported government ID, passive liveness, face match, and age; NESYA receives the verification result needed to issue the badge and enforce the 18+ requirement rather than placing the Member’s ID images or biometric verification captures into public media storage. Creators: creator verification remains a separate owner-reviewed process using protected private verification storage. Verification information is not used for advertising or public display.
Anti Social DMs
Ordinary DM text is encrypted while waiting for delivery and is removed from active messaging storage after the intended recipient views it. Unread encrypted delivery data expires after a limited retention window. One-time photos and videos use private protected storage and the server copy is deleted when the authorized recipient deliberately opens it. Opening the inbox alone does not consume one-time media. NESYA does not sell private-message data or use it to create advertising profiles.
No platform can prevent a recipient from using a separate camera, screenshot, or screen-recording capability while content is visible. Disappearing media reduces retained copies and removes the NESYA server copy; it is not DRM or a guarantee against capture.
Creator content
Creators retain ownership of eligible original work. Uploading does not grant others permission to copy, resell, repost, distribute, or use the work for AI training.
Off-Platform Interactions
NESYA does not arrange, supervise, monitor, endorse, or participate in private meetings or off-platform interactions. Users independently decide whether to communicate or meet elsewhere and remain responsible for their own choices, conduct, safety, and compliance with law.
The platform may not be used to advertise, request, negotiate, purchase, or facilitate illegal services, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or other prohibited activity.
Clear language matters
“Privacy-first” does not mean the service stores or measures nothing. A working membership and hosting platform must retain the records needed to authenticate users, deliver purchases, protect private content, review creators, operate messages, measure aggregate service demand, and maintain security and reliability. Our promise is disciplined collection for service delivery—without turning people into advertising products.

Viewed private messages are not a permanent archive
DM content is encrypted while it is temporarily waiting for delivery. When the intended recipient deliberately views an incoming text message, that message content is removed from active NESYA messaging storage. Protected DM photos and creator videos are one-time server access: the private R2 copy is deleted after the authorized recipient opens it.
NESYA cannot prevent a recipient from photographing, screenshotting, screen-recording, or otherwise capturing content while it is visible on their own device. Payment/status records, safety reports, reviews, abuse-prevention counters, and legally required records are separate from disappearing message content.
Social without the surveillance.
Anti Social does not mean anti-people. It means anti-ad-tracker and anti-surveillance social media: no advertising pixels following you around the web, no sale of personal data, and no hidden behavioral-advertising profile built from who you message, view, follow, or support.
NESYA still uses limited aggregate traffic, reliability, security, abuse-prevention, and service-performance measurements needed to operate and protect the platform.
