Public and private creator spaces

Public discovery, public creator profiles, thumbnails, previews, posts, and public media must remain public-safe. SUBSCRIBERS and FAN CLUB libraries are private access levels, not public distribution. Private content remains subject to applicable law, consent, NESYA safety rules, and the rules of any payment provider used for a transaction.

Independent users

Creators and members act for themselves. NESYA is not their employer, agent, partner, representative, dating service, escort service, or participant in private meetings.

No safety guarantee

Member identity verification uses automated government-ID, liveness, and face-match checks; Creator verification uses separate human owner review. Verification and Identity Protection Review reduce impersonation risk but are not promises that a person, profile, meeting, payment, link, or interaction is safe. Use judgment and protect private information.

Freedom of expression

NESYA supports broad adult expression, disagreement, humor, criticism, art, commentary, and unconventional viewpoints. Freedom of expression does not protect threats, targeted harassment, hateful dehumanization, coercion, doxxing, exploitation, impersonation, or content encouraging harm. Public-content boundary

Public profile images, discovery cards, public posts, previews, thumbnails, connected social previews displayed inside NESYA, and PUBLIC folders must remain public-safe. Private libraries are available only to the people authorized for that access level.

Real people & human-led creation

Creator profiles must represent real human beings. AI characters, synthetic creator personas, virtual influencers presented as account holders, fully artificial creator accounts, and fully AI-created creator content are prohibited. AI-assisted work is allowed when a real creator supplies meaningful human authorship, direction, judgment, performance, editing, or other creative contribution.

Prohibited conduct

No impersonation, duplicate verified identities, harassment, bullying, threats, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, minors, non-consensual content, illegal services, fraud, deepfakes, synthetic impersonation, or harmful disclosure of private identity information.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for what they upload, say, purchase, share, and do on or off the platform, including having all required ownership, consent, and permissions.

Payments and outside services

Payment companies, social networks, connected outside services, and other linked services have their own rules, fees, availability, privacy, security, and data practices. NESYA privacy practices apply only to systems we control; we cannot guarantee another company’s systems or practices.

Enforcement

We may hide content, restrict features, preserve relevant records, investigate reports, or suspend or remove accounts to protect users and the service. Except for urgent safety situations, complaints receive human review before a final identity-protection decision.

ForeverVerified identity product

ForeverVerified is a separate one-time identity-review product. The founding pilot price is $99 for the first 100 approved founding identities; standard one-time pricing afterward is $299. Pending reviews may temporarily reserve intake capacity, but rejected reviews do not consume one of the 100 approved spots. Payment covers review and never guarantees approval. The recurring Verified Member plan remains a separate product with its own ongoing benefits and pricing.

Nesya Fund give-back commitment

10% of net qualifying platform proceeds from payments made directly to NESYA is given back through the Nesya Fund. The calculation is made after applicable payment-processing or network fees, refunds and chargebacks, taxes, and reasonable platform operating costs. Creator-owned subscription and tip revenue is excluded because that money belongs to creators. NESYA handles the give-back separately from customer checkout.

Nesya Fund help applications are coming soon and are not currently open. When intake opens, assistance will depend on available resources, review, practical need, safety, and program capacity, and an application will not guarantee an award.

Pilot availability

The pilot may contain errors, change, pause, or discontinue features. Access and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Posted prices, limits, and offer terms control at the time of purchase.
